Earth Week Day 2

Happy Earth Week, Brunonians! Brown Dining is celebrating Earth Week by highlighting locally sourced food and RI-based businesses in our dishes throughout the week. This upcoming Tuesday, April 18, 2023, Josiah’s is bringing the beef to the table! From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, blended Rhode Island-made Smashburgers with beef and mushrooms will be served. Moo-ve fast to get a bite of these burgers, they will definitely be a smash hit!
Cheese the day at Sharpe MDR! Sharpe’s Action Station will have vegan burritos with your choice of filling and tortilla options including white, wheat, and spinach. Come by during lunch and dinner to try this delicious dish!
