Dining Services is excited to kick off our first Student Spotlight featuring PhD Candidate, Katie Duarte! Katie’s dish will be featured at the Sharpe Refectory’s Action Station in the MDR for lunch and dinner. The dish features; Pernil (Dominican Roasted Pulled Pork), Pigeon Peas (Gadules guisados), and rice. It is great to be accompanied with a side chopped salad! We look forward to bringing a taste of Katie’s Dominican roots to the dining hall!
