Turkish Night

Brown Dining invites you to Turkish Night! Cook, Kadir Taylan, was born in Mersin, Turkey, and has shared his culture with the Dining family. It is now everyone in the Brown Community’s turn to have a taste of Turkey! Menu items include; moussaka, chicken stew, braised leeks and cabbage, sekerpare cookies, and more! Please note, in order to enter the dining hall payment is required. Accepted payments in the MDR are; Meal Swipes, Points, Bear Bucks, Cash & Credit.
