Brown Dining provides professional and personally tailored catering to enhance and support your events around campus.

Catering Management

Let us put our expertise to work for you. Our Catering Sales Manager will initially assess your event and guide you with your service needs. Catering Management uses its professional discretion to determine the amount of staff needed to create a successful event.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is designed to service small gatherings, events and meetings. Delivery is available 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday-Friday. Alternatively, orders can be picked up in person at the Blue Room Cafe (75 Waterman St.)
