Winter Dining at Brown
Fall 2026 meal plans expire when final exams conclude on Monday, December 21st.
Dining operations will be limited during Winter Break/Session until Spring move-in. Please see the schedule below for our Winter operational hours.
Winter Operational Hours
Please note, all Dining facilities will be CLOSED Tuesday, December 22nd to prepare for Winter service.
Verney-Woolley will be open daily during Winter Break 10am-6:30pm from 12/23/2026 to 1/4/2027 and will resume normal operations 1/10/2027. Accepted payment methods include meal credits, guest meals, flex points, cash, and debit/credit cards.
Sharpe Refectory will resume normal operations 7:30am-7:30pm daily starting on 1/10/2027. Accepted payment methods include meal credits, guest meals, flex points, cash, and debit/credit cards.
The Blue Room will open and resume normal operations 8:00am-3pm Mon-Fri on 1/10/2027. Accepted payment methods include flex points, cash, and debit/credit cards.
All other Dining locations will resume normal operations on 1/16/2026 for the Spring semester.
Winter 2027 Meal Plans
Winter meal plans will be available for purchase beginning Monday, November 23rd. Add a Winter Meal Plan by logging into mycard.brown.edu. Please note: Financial Aid awards are for the Winter Session meal plan.
If you are approved for financial aid for Winter Session, you still will need to purchase a meal plan through the meal plan portal. A meal plan will not be automatically assigned to you!
Winter meal plans cannot be cancelled after purchase.
