Summer Meal Plans
Summer Dining at Brown
Spring 2025 meal plans expire when final exams conclude on Saturday, May 17th.
All Dining facilities will be CLOSED Monday, May 26th through Saturday, May 31st to prepare for Summer service.
Dining operations will be limited during the Summer until Fall move-in. Please see the schedule below for our Summer operational hours.
Summer Operational Hours
Sharpe Refectory will open for normal operations 7:30am-7:30pm from 6/1/2025 to 8/26/2025. Accepted payment methods include meal/guest meal swipes, flex points, Bear Bucks, cash, and debit/credit cards.
Verney-Woolley will be open 6/29/2025 to 7/25/2025 on Sundays from 4:00pm-7:30pm for dinner service, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-7:30pm, Fridays 7:30am-3:30pm, and closed on Saturdays . Accepted payment methods include meal/guest meal swipes, flex points, Bear Bucks, cash, and debit/credit cards.
The Blue room will be open daily Monday- Friday 8:00am-3:00pm from 6/1/2025 to 8/26/2025. Accepted payment methods include flex points, Bear Bucks, cash, and debit/credit cards.
All other Dining locations will resume normal operations on 8/27/2025 for the Fall semester.
Summer 2025 Meal Plans
Summer meal plans will be available for purchase beginning Monday, April 28th. You may purchase a Summer Meal Plan by logging into mycard.brown.edu. Please note: Financial Aid awards are for the Summer Session meal plan, not the Summer Full meal plan.
If you are approved for financial aid for Summer Session, you still will need to purchase a meal plan through the meal plan portal. A meal plan will not be automatically assigned to you!
Summer meal plans cannot be cancelled after purchase.
